Academy 11 - Potential 7 - Rise to ruin
Conditioning.
The conditioning in this module will be a little different to what has gone before. Don’t worry though, the goals are still the same 😉
The first week is very simple and you’ll need a plate for it.
How to
Every morning when you wake up, you’re to ruin an orgasm onto the plate. When it’s done, you’ll leave it there for 5 seconds and then lick it up.
On Day 2, you’ll leave it there for 10 seconds, Day 3 15 seconds and so on. Keep track of whether you lick it up or not each day.
What’s a ruin
I imagine most of you already know but if not this article on the Academy Blog goes into the details (in short, stimulate yourself and stop when you’re just past the point of no return).
How you do it is entirely up to you, you’ve got plenty of methods available to you now but you shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes from start to finish.
Chastity may make it trickier for you but that’s why God gave us vibes and dildos.
I know we stress it every module but NO “ACCIDENTS”! You’re much too far into your studies for them to be acceptable, just take your hand away when you’re close and let nature take its course.
Notes
Unlike the rest of the conditioning, this has to be done on a morning when you get up. If this is tricky for you, then get up a few minutes early so you can fit it in. If it’s simply not an option then you should skip this conditioning completely until your schedule allows it.
You can watch porn as you condition, this week you can use straightforward, 1-1 intercourse. It doesn’t have to be the hottest or most passionate scene ever, so don’t spend too long searching.
Just consider the whole conditioning as part of your morning routine like brushing your teeth or making your breakfast.
