Academy 11 - Potential 5 - Never too small

I know what you’re thinking from the title but today we’re going to talk about time. The one thing everybody gets allocated the same amount per day but almost nobody has enough of.

 

24 hours, that’s all we get! Our choice lies in how we allocate it and what we prioritise and all too often, other factors can come into play and before we know it we’re sitting there wondering where the day has gone.

 

Some of it comes down to prioritising, there are things we have to do because they are necessities and then there are things we have to do because of the life we lead.

 

Both of these categories need to be taken care of before the things we want to do and usually it’s all too easy to cut time from the latter section due to tiredness or to “free up” time for more of the former.

 

I’d love to tell you that there’s a secret technique that will let you do everything you want too and more and still have all the energy in the world, but unless you’re lucky enough that money isn’t a problem for you, the odds are high that you’ll never be free from this particular quandary.

 

As someone once said, “I can’t make my days any longer, so I try to make them better” and that’s all we can do.

 

A choice

We talked about goal setting in the last Module but this letter is more focused on the smaller scale. We want you to be able to spend more time as yourself and with yourself because it’s very easy to forget about her or set her aside until “I have the time” and before you know it, you’re asleep on the sofa with whatever the binge de jour is playing on Netflix and another day is in the books.

 

Always remember, that no amount of time is too small. You’d love to practice makeup but you don’t have the time to spare today so you push it back to tomorrow (or maybe the weekend?) and maybe play a game on your phone for 10 minutes until you have to get back to work.

 

Just because you don’t have an hour free to do what you wanted, use the time, or at least some of it, that you do have available to achieve something similar.

If all you have is a few minutes, why don’t you listen to a pop song that makes you feel girly (and maybe dance a little to it?).

 

Don’t decide against doing anything because it seems like what you can do is too small to have a point in the big picture. Especially when you have big goals or dreams and it seems like you’re not getting any closer to them.

 

It can be very easy to get frustrated and put things off until you have more free time or until a specific point (I’ll start at the weekend!) but anything you try and create, including yourself, is made up of both the big and the small moments.

 

Everyone likes an analogy so think of it like you’re trying to become more active. You’re busy at work and you don’t have the time to go for a run today, so at lunchtime you go on social media for 20 minutes and then get back to it. But in 20 minutes you could have gone for a quick walk or even just taken a few minutes to do some start jumps and still have had some time to check the internet.

 

If you’ve reached this point of the course, then you’ve hopefully invested a significant amount of time in your feminine side so don’t let it go to waste!

Homework

Morning modifications

I hope you’ve been keeping up with your skincare routine? (If not, get back to it!).

 

After a while, something like this that you do everyday can become rote and, as the name suggests, routine and just slip by below the level of things you tend to consciously notice. Especially when it’s usually accompanied by things like brushing your teeth or using the toilet.

 

Starting from tomorrow, you’re going to change that. Your skincare routine should take a minimum of 5 minutes (use a timer if you have too) and when you do it, you should be focused entirely on your actions.

 

Pay particular attention to the sensations. The smell of the product you're using, the feel of your skin as you rub lotion into it, the sound the container makes as you open it. If you have a mirror, watch yourself as you carry out your routine.

 

This is about connecting with yourself and taking advantage of the things you do to spend time with your femme side.

 

Night time routine

Unfortunately, not every night can be a bath night! On those nights which aren’t, you should get a shower and when you go to bed, you can watch one blowjob from start to end. It should just be a BJ and last between 5-15 minutes. As you watch, gently suckle on a dildo (or a replacement if a dildo isn’t available, but a toy is best) and try to let your mind drift a little.

 

As opposed to the morning, this isn’t a time for watching with rapt attention or taking notes of any tips for your next time, you’re winding down for sleep so let go of the day and allow your subconscious femme side to come to the fore.

 

This should be done 1-2 times a week but never 2 nights in a row. Stimulation should be pretty far from your mind (or at least as far as it can be when you’re a sissy slut!) but just so you don’t wonder, no you’re not to touch yourself or use a vibe or anything like that.

 

When you’ve finished the scene, go to sleep. You can sleep with your dildo if you want too or just put it away if you prefer.

 

If you struggle to sleep, it’s probably a sign you’re too aroused, so next time, try a different style of BJ. Slow, sensual ones may be just what you need or you can always try watching with the sound turned way down or even muted and gentle music playing.

 

Stick with it! This pre-bed routine is very important. We’ll be building on it even more in the second half of the module so don’t slack off.
