Academy 8 - Dollification 1 - Back to work!

Welcome back, Module 7 should have lit a fire inside of you and (hopefully!) opened your body and mind to a few new possibilities.
Let these feelings fuel your progress, help you overcome any bumps you may encounter and inspire you to push yourself to achieve the results you want. If you’ve reached this point in the course, you already know that it’s not a sprint and doing everything in the shortest time possible is not a good idea. You could do 30 days of conditioning in a few hours but that would be rather missing the point!
This brings us neatly to Module 8, Dollification.
We’ve worked a lot on your mind recently and Module 8 will start to give you the tools to work on your body in the same way so you can start making efforts to change yourself and achieve your goals.
In this module, we’ll be diving into (and in some cases further into) diet and exercise, makeup and fashion and a few surprises I wouldn’t dream of spoiling for you here. We may even have time for some naughty fun!
As always, I’m not here to tell you what you should be or how you should look, the Academy is here to help you find out who you want to be and how you want to look and give you the tools to achieve it.
For some of you, the dreams you have may seem daunting or even impossible but if you don’t even try, you’ll never know if you could have succeeded or how close you can come to them and that would be a huge shame. So many people wander around with their eyes fixed on the ground, never looking up to see the glory that surrounds them. If you’re reading this, you’ve taken a step and decided that you want more so don’t be afraid to work to get it.

If you haven’t, then go back and do so (especially Sluttification)!
