We are going to start to log your sleep. I hope your sleep is getting better and better and you’re feeling more and more well rested..

 

We also want you to start thinking about your libido and how often you are having an orgasm. If your libido is very strong, then going once per day might be wise while you are allowed to do so. If you feel that making cummies that often is starting to drain your sex drive, it might be better to hold off.

 

Also, if you had a “death grip”, I hope that not being allowed to use it will have caused you to become so horny by now (from not being able to cum like that) that you were able to cum by now anyway.

 

Remember to stroke with the tempo and not to have a grip that is too tight. This is going to be key for your future training. We do not want the pressure to be what gets you off. It should be your thoughts and your full set of senses and—trust us—your orgasms are going to be much better as a result.

New rule: You are not allowed to go to the hairdresser for now, except to trim the edges for growing it out. Just let it grow out in case you have it short. Setting up your Sissy Training Book

Hi there sissy,

 

This is your Academy Trainer, Frida. I am your training instructor for the Academy. I put a lot of effort into planning the content and training structure in order to achieve maximum psychological impact on and growth in our sissy students.

 

I wanted to create a training book for the program. It was supposed to be a place to mark off daily progress. It was intended as a resource so that sissies could mark off each day and then develop the urge to get a complete week. They would be able to review how much time has passed since starting a habit and would want to keep it up because breaking something you have kept going for so long feels bad.

 

This kept evolving, and we added calculations to see how many credits were awarded for each unique category and added support for hypnosis tracking, and much, much more.

 

This simple book then became a little golden egg that I spent even more time and energy to improve. That is because making the Sissy Training Book better also makes the whole Academy better; that is also my overarching goal here.

 

A well thought-out and appealing Sissy Training Book that every sissy can get and input their progress in will increase the number of sissies that stay on track. It also helps with feedback to the program, since we can ask sissy students to submit some of their notes or screenshots of sheets in their book that they have filled in. Or even the entire book for really daring sissies.

 

We also decided that the book would be a premium product. Yet, this poses a problem: what about those who do not get the training book? Will they need separate instructions throughout the course? Will they feel left out? And how much time will it take us to navigate that?

 

That is why I decided to write this letter myself.

 

Our guiding principle here at the Academy is to be one of the leaders in high-quality sissy training. Our secondary goal is to reach out and include as many sissies as possible.

 

You can buy the book in the shop for a one-time fee and you’ll also receive a year of updates plus a one time Mistress review of your book.

 

The book will evolve over time to better fit the course and we’d love to hear any ideas or feedback from students about what features they think it should include.

 

Punishment will be delivered to any sissy caught cheating, and you do not want that. If some part of you wants to be punished, then please show your interest by signing up for the slave girl career instead—there you get to receive plenty of punishments. And you get credit for it as well, instead of losing credits and risking your position at the Academy.

If you do not have the full-fledged Sissy Training Book, you can continue to use the simplified spreadsheet provided in the Conditioning letters and record your other coursework by hand until Trainer Frida has finished the free, simplified version.

 

If you do not have a training book yet, you can read ahead to get an idea of how it works.

 

If you already have your Sissy Training Book—great! Let’s take a look at those instructions. I am also making a mental note that we need to practice curtsying soon.

 

Go get the link to your Sissy Training Book. The link should open a spreadsheet called ‘Template of Sissy Training Book’. This is a template for the training book that you cannot edit. Like before, go to File > Make a copy... and put it on your Google Drive.

 

Open the new copy that belongs to you and is entirely private for now. We might ask you to share it later so we can keep track of your progress or if we suspect any cheating. So keep filling it in as per your orders. Do your tasks and keep filling it in honestly and you will do great.

 

 

The Sissy Training Book contains:

 

Logs of daily habits or behaviour changes you are working on such as sleep, hypnosis, and orgasms.

 

Lists with links to resources you will be using in the future during your ritual or evening sessions.

 

Trackers for your course credits, current rules, sissy milestones and more.

 

Your conditioning for the first module.

 

And most important is the section which shows all your daily habits and allows you to check that you have done them. You only need to do habits that are currently being ordered, and there are plenty of things that we have not talked about yet.

 

Go through the Sissy Training Book and examine the spots that have temporary help text. Once you enter the first entry on a sheet, you should remove all the temporary entries. Remember to consult Google first if you encounter any problems with the spreadsheet.

 

When I went through the program, I learned that, when googling, it helps to add the words “Google Spreadsheet”. Otherwise a lot of Excel help comes up; it’s a similar tool but not the same thing.

 

You will receive 1 secretary credit today. Have you counted up all your secretary credits?

 

Time to add them to your Sissy Training Book. They are on the “Credits” tab. Do this now. Remove all the sample data that is now irrelevant.

 

Next we need to check your daily habit tracking. Every day from now on, you are to track your sleep. You do this in the Sleep Log. Remember to look at your clock when you go to bed so you can make a fair estimate. You should enter this when you do your daily ritual in the morning.

 

Also, on the “Daily Habits” tab, you should make a mark in the Sleep row under Sissy Energy if you got at least 8 hours of sleep. Got that? Find which day is today and remove all the sample blocks. Also, add a mark if you did the morning ritual on time as planned. Once you have entered all of the tracking for the day and logged your sleep, then you may also check off the Sissy Training Book entry under Sissy Conditioning.

 

Also, it is recommended that you write down any rules that apply to your training at this moment. The recommended place is your Sissy Training Book on the “Rules” tab. If you know them by heart, that is fine. Otherwise, add them to the training book so you can go over them quickly, add and remove them as changes are made.

We are just starting. There is so much we are going to get through in just this first month.

 

So it is important that you try to stick to the program. I know you might want to do more, but the program is planned to make your habits irresistible. If you do too much sissification on your own, you might end up going too fast, burning out or getting stressed and experiencing a significant setback. Going too fast is actually the biggest problem for most sissies. It’s also a common mistake for people who are starting to exercise.
