Academy 9 - Transformation 10 - The Total Package

So we talked about heels (and then took a little break until we stopped drooling) and then we talked about corsets. On their own, each of these are wonderful tools that will improve your feminine posture and mindset.

I know we haven’t talked about your mindset too much but we don’t really need to. Heels and corsets work on your mindset without any effort from you. They visibly make you more feminine so even if you walked around in heels chanting, “I’m not a sissy” you wouldn’t believe yourself (and not just because only a sissy would chant something like that!).

Today we’re going to talk about the total package. Heels and corsets on their own work wonders, but put them together and add in a certain X factor and the results will be so good your head will be spinning.

The total package

Heels cover the bottom of your body, corsets your middle so what we’re missing goes up top.

If you haven’t guessed, the X factor in this case is your boobs! Adding them to the mix will leave you feeling incredibly girly and femme as well as giving you a sense of near perfect balance.

It’s easy to rush into it, but make sure you get ready in the correct order! Boobs first, then a shirt, then your corset and finally step into your heels.

If you have an overbust corset, you may be able to place your boobs inside it but I would still recommend wearing a bra.

Once you’re dressed and ready, you should feel femininity rushing into you. This can be quite heady and you might want to sit down to let the first rush of it pass. A lot of sissies instantly feel like a street walker here. Dressed up and feminine with everything on display and your corset stopping you from hiding anything. If you do, go with that feeling.

I’m not suggesting you rush out the door and start gesturing to passing cars, but let your mind race and indulge yourself in the fantasy for a while. What if you did rush out and start gesturing to passing motorists? 🤔

When the moment passes, you’re ready to get to work.

Getting to work

I didn’t give you any instructions on walking in heels in my earlier letter because I just wanted to focus on the shoes. Once you’re dressed, the first thing to do is to just work on standing in place. Your boobs and your natural instincts will pull you forward slightly, but the best way to balance in heels is to lean slightly backwards.

This places weight on the heel as well as the flat of your shoes, making you much better balanced, and has the added benefit of broadening your chest.

Your heels will make your legs seem longer and more slender, your corset will pull your waist in and give you an hourglass figure and your posture will naturally push your chest out. Look at how hot you are!

Spend some time getting comfortable just standing. If you’re tucked and wearing a gaff you can practice the ultra femme posture of standing with your legs crossed, the tuck lets you cross them at a much higher point.

If you’re still new to your heels this may be enough to begin with (especially if they’re ultra slutty) but if you want to go a little further you can try walking. If you’re unsure whether you can manage it, having something to hold onto while you try (a chair on wheels can come in handy) is a good idea.

You’ve practiced walking before and if you’re working on heels for the first time or new heels for the first time, you should simplify things all the way back to the basics. Save your ultra femme walk for the future and focus on taking small steps along a straight line (use tape to mark one out if needed).

Get a feel for them and keep checking in with your posture. If your shoulders start to slump forwards, consciously pull them back and thrust your boobs forward. Make sure you’re stepping heel to toe then just follow the line.

When you find you’re getting comfortable with the basics, then you can zazz it up! Work in your femme moves, practice your turns and, because I always like visual stimulation let’s watch a little video that you may find familiar.

If you feel like you’re not quite getting the hang of it, try and walk a little faster. Going slower can make it harder because you’re overthinking and trying to manually do everything, speeding it up will let your reflexes take over.

Stairs

Can I squeeze in another video? I think so! Stairs are a special case when you’re wearing heels, you reverse the action and walk on mostly on the balls of your feet, now go and learn how to deal with stairs.

Ow!

Part of the reason I adore my slutty new heels is that they are so mean to me. The first time I practiced walking in them, after 20 minutes I was in tears and crawling about on the floor. Two days (and numerous hot baths) later I could still feel the after effects but what really stood out to me was how my feet felt when I took them out of the heels. It hurt to flatten them out against the floor (which was why I was crawling) and pointing them and putting them back in the shoes was a moment of sweet relief.

I could have given up there, blamed the shoes and gone back to something a little more regular but I remembered what it felt like when I saw them and touched them for the first time, when I first put them on and felt my foot pushed into a completely new shape, the relief when I briefly put them back on and they felt so natural and how perfectly they align with my goals and what I want for myself and I knew that I would be back.

And after a few days I felt ready and I worked with them again and suffered a little more and just stuck with it. I’m still not quite where I want to be with them, I have the basics down but they’re not the kind of shoe I can spend all day in (yet!).

We’ve talked about the differences between discomfort and pain and this is a place where you need to be aware of it. Feeling discomfort because you’re trying new shoes is one thing and suffering can be borne as long as you’re working towards a goal, but be very aware that pain and damage isn’t what you want and will slow your progress down.

Homework

Practice, practice, practice! Then you can take a break before you practice some more!

You have the knowledge now girls and you should know where you want to go with it. Make a schedule for your waist training, work with your heels and get your boobs on!

Write your goals in your training book and then make them a reality. Even if you fall short, I’ll still be prouder of you then I can put into words. Part of what makes us a sisterhood is that we’ve all struggled to walk in heels for the first time, we’ve all wanted a smaller waist and bigger boobs and we all know we have this side of ourselves that we want to nurture and grow and we’re so lucky, because we get to do all of it!

As you’re leaving the classroom, don’t forget, shoulders back and boobs out. Our paths will cross again and when they do I want to hear (and see!) all about your progress, so get busy!
