Hi there girl!

 

The bum is a trademark of fitness and a natural enhancer of curves. You might think a bubble butt like this is out of your reach. In the next module, we will go more into the physical, but we will start a bit here with your curves.

 

Today we are working on getting you towards a super cute bubble butt.

 

The technique is important. Right now the focus is not on getting a proper workout, but just doing the moves. Do it at your own tempo. Set a timer for 5 min if you need to when doing it on your own. Try to learn the exercises and exactly what matters in each set.

 

I picked this video specifically because these exercises will scale as you get better in two ways. You can add a weight, and a bigger weight later like she is doing already, and you can do more reps faster over these five minutes, which would create a more intense workout.

However, you should always move with elegance and control, and have “perfect form”. If you get tired, then having “perfect form” will no longer be possible. For this first week just focus on doing the moves as perfectly as possible.

 

 

Your 5 min butt workout program for week 1 watch the video first and then collect any equipment you need. You can always modify to do without if you prefer a slightly easier workout.
