Academy 11 - Potential 3 - A quiet night in

Welcome all, let’s get to it.

In this module we want to work on your sexuality but in a slightly different way from how we have in the previous ones.

We want to help you shift yourself to a more appropriately feminine sexuality. We’ve already covered female sexual responses in past letters but now we’re going to be looking at female sexual stimuli and putting you to work on various typically feminine scenarios.

What you’ll need

As this is the first letter on the topic we’re going to keep it pretty simple. Your first scenario will take an evening and you’ll need:

  • A bath

  • A vibrator

  • A romance novel

  • A bed

  • Wine

  • Lingerie

  • Candles

Some of these are optional or can be replaced, we’ve already covered an alternative to vibrators.

If you don’t have a romance novel (and can’t or don’t want to buy one for whatever reason) then just use Google and you’ll be able to find ones released online for free that you can read on your phone (and the same rule applies as it has done since Module 7, you want a romance novel, not erotica! It can and should be spicy but that should be in addition to the story not in place of it).

A bath and candles are also optional. A bath isn’t really something you can replace, so if it’s not available to you, then have a hot shower and replace wallowing in the bath with sitting in a cosy dressing gown on your sofa. Candles are a nice addition but if you don’t have them, then don’t worry.

What you’ll do

You may have guessed the outlines of what you’ll be doing but you’re going to put yourself through a stereotypically female evening.

Set your bath running and while it’s filling, look through celebrity news on the internet, read a few fashion articles or watch an episode of a soap opera.

When your bath has run, light your candles, turn the lights off and set some soft music playing. This is a good choice to begin with but feel free to replace it with something that speaks a little more to you. You want something that sets the mood and is gentle and relaxing, we want your mind to become a little unmoored from it’s day-to-day concerns and float a little.

Relax in your bath for 20-30 minutes and then get out, dry yourself and run through your usual pre-bed routine (hopefully, this will involve you applying lotion to your body).

Once that’s done, put on some lingerie and head to bed. You can use candles again, but if not, a bedside lamp or similar will be fine. Lingerie is commonly assumed to be for your partner's benefit but it should also make the wearer feel sexy and desirable.

When you’re in bed, read your romance novel and use your vibrator. Now the goal here isn’t to cum, so don’t set your vibe on full and go crazy, keep it on low and use it to play on the area around your clit and between your clit and your pussy (avoid any direct stimulation of your clit, if you can’t then don’t use a vibe!).

Your focus should be on your reading with your vibe as a little buzz in the background. If your attention is getting pulled away, ease back and cool down, then start working at a lower intensity.

You can (and hopefully will) be a little more aroused when your book reaches into the more erotic parts of it’s story but the whole thing should be much more in the “pleasant” category than it is in the “hot” one.

Read for 20-30 minutes and then turn off your lights and go to sleep (so make sure when you’re planning things out, you don’t start too early, this should end at your usual bedtime).

Homework

Read the above! I would recommend you try and do it at least once a week and at most, as often as you like.

You might find that this is a particularly effective technique for you or the results may prove a deal subtler. Either way, don’t worry too much. This is something a little like Yoga, where the benefits you get from it are nice but they’re the icing on the cake and it’s simply the practice of it that’s the point.

You also have a few options where you can alter things, different music, scented candles, bubble bath etc. You can even try different sleepwear and see if that changes things and even if you have a setup that works perfectly for you, you should still change things up every now and then even if in the long run, you end up reverting back to your original setup. The change will make you appreciate it anew.
