Finalization 5 - The very end
Finally…
At long last we’ve reached the end. Don’t worry too much though, we’re not quite in the running for the shortest Module, I’m referring to the end of your body aka your feet.
As you’re probably aware feet are a common fetish, especially where a dom/sub dynamic is involved, but it can be something that is on a purely aesthetic level. Kissing someone’s feet is a popular sign of submission (and it also has a history outside of the sexual) but there are plenty of people who just love feet, their appearance, smell, feel and how they can be used to sexually stimulate someone.
However in this letter we’re going to be looking at them in a non-sexual way although we may change that a little nearer the end 😉.
The sissy foot
As is common with a lot of things, guys tend to not really think about their feet unless there’s something wrong with them or they demand immediate attention. This is an attitude that is helped by the simple reason that by and large, men wear comfortable shoes.
Women are frequently expected to force their feet into heels or shoes designed more for appearance which, as you’ve hopefully experienced yourself, tend to give you all sorts of interesting and lasting foot sensations and when the weather is hot, women will use it as an opportunity to wear like wedges or sandals and show off their feet, so again, their appearance matters.
We have covered some of this, even if it was only tangentially, in earlier modules and I hope you’ve at least tried painting your toenails keeping your feet as hair free as possible (for those of you “blessed” with that particular gift).
Now we’re going to take this further and look at how you can make your feet look and feel wonderful while also using it as an opportunity to give yourself some more much needed girl time.
A foot spa
We’re going to go through each of the steps one by one. Various tools or pieces of equipment are required but it’s fine to just use what you have, a simple spa is fine if that’s all you can manage!
It’s usually recommended to have some relaxing music playing for the full spa experience, but when I’m doing this at home, I’ll usually have some girl pop playing or use it as a chance to get caught up on a soap opera, romcom or any number of makeup etc videos I have in my pending queue.
This is about you relaxing and enjoying some time with your femme side, so make sure the accoutrements are in keeping with what that means to you.
Before you begin, wash your feet if they’re dirty and remove any nail polish.
Step 1
For this, you’ll need a towel and a bowl that’s big enough for both of your feet to comfortably fit into. Fill the bowl with warm/hot water but make sure it’s comfortable to the touch and not scalding!
It’s traditional to add some Epsom salts but you can use regular salt instead (although some people find this dries their skin out a little too much) or even just use water on it’s own.
There are a lot of alternatives you can explore as well. From essential oils to bubble bath to milk, you can change it every week and not have to repeat yourself for months so keep this in mind and experiment a lot to find what works best for you. Oils can be very relaxing, milk can soften your skin and so on.
When you’re ready, put your feet in the bowl and relax. If it’s been a very hard day, you might want to close your eyes (and if you want to be ultra-traditional place cucumber slices over them) but you can relax and watch a video or read something for 10+ minutes. You can leave your feet in until the water starts to cool or take them out after a set time when you’re ready to move on to the next step.
Step 2
Use a towel to dry your feet off, it’s time to do some work and wet feet won’t help. Chances are you’ll have patches of rough skin on your feet, most commonly around your heels but if your life involves you standing or walking a lot, these can be very thick and cover quite a large area on your feet, but even if you’re sedentary, you’ll still have some where your shoes tend to rub and the foot has thickened the skin.
You can get exfoliating scrubs for feet, the dead skin tends to be a lot thicker on your feet than the rest of your body so the treatments tend to be scaled up to take this into account so make sure you don’t use foot scrub on the rest of your body.
If the dead skin is very thick, then you’ll probably want to invest in a foot file of one form or another. There are a few different types but the ones that look like sandpaper/heavy duty nail files are usually intended for moderate amounts of dead skin and the metal ones with a surface like a cheese grater are for large, thick patches.
Files are usually pretty cheap and they all rely on you applying pressure, so you can use metal files on very light patches without much worry.
Once your feet are dry begin to remove the dead skin with whatever method you have available. The heaviest area will be your heels and then most likely, the side of your big and/or little toe and maybe some of the pads.
When you’re getting new to it, go slowly so you don’t take too much skin off, you’ll get the hang of it after a few tries and then the process will be faster but if you’re too aggressive you can take off more than you should and you’ll end up with sore feet.
You might be surprised at the amount of dead skin you can remove, so do this over the bowl or the towel to make your clean up as easy as possible.
Step 3
Once your exfoliation is done, dip your feet back into the water to rinse off any of the dead skin that might be stuck and then pat them dry again.
Now take one foot at a time and give it a slow, firm massage. If you have a partner available they might be willing to step in here and help out and if they do, make sure you reciprocate.
If it’s just you, start by rubbing the heel (which should feel a lot smoother now you’ve removed all that icky dead skin) and then run your thumbs along the arch. Remember, slowly but firmly. These are fairly meaty areas of your body and they’re used to having all of your body weight on them, so a little pressure from your thumbs isn’t a problem.
Next massage the pads (the area on the underside beneath the toes) and then work on gently bending and extending each toe one by one.
Once you’ve done one foot, repeat on the other one.
Step 4
The next step is to work on your toe nails. Trim them as needed and remove any dirt trapped underneath. Depending on your nails, you’ll sometimes have dead skin on the edges where the nail digs into the skin a little. You can’t use the same kind of file here that you do on your heels but if you’re careful, nail scissors will let you remove some of the dead skin and you can buy small, battery powered rotating files, which can also be used to file your nails down (but be careful with these! If you take too much skin off, you may draw blood or be sore for a couple of days afterwards.).
Then you can rinse and dry your toes to make sure they’re clean and apply your nail polish.
Step 5
Finally, moisturise your feet. Then you can either relax until the moisturizer is absorbed or put on a pair of socks and go about your business.
The schedule
Ideally, a foot spa should be a weekly treat. Once you’ve removed the bulk of the dead skin, keeping on top of what grows back every week will take a lot less time but if all you can manage is every other week or once a month, then that’s perfect!
On a day to day basis, all you should do is moisturise your feet (just before you go to bed is the best time for it) which will keep them soft and smooth and cut down on the amount of dead skin you need to remove when you give them a good seeing too 😏.
Homework
You’re going to give yourself a foot spa but not just yet. Look at your schedule and decide on the best day for your weekly foot spa. If it’s three days or less away, then you’ll do your first one a week later.
Every day before your first spa, spend a few minutes looking at pretty pictures of women’s feet. Smooth, pedicured, nail polished feet. Maybe they have a toe ring or two or a nice tattoo, when you’re looking at them appreciate their femininity.
After a few minutes of looking at pictures, run your hands over your own feet (this will let you feel how rough/smooth they are) and then watch one footjob video. As you’re watching you can bounce on a dildo. There should be just enough time for you to get nice and horny and when the video ends you will stop and go about the rest of your day.
When it’s your foot spa day, spend a little time looking at pictures, then watch a footjob video and after that start your spa. Make sure to feel your feet before and after so you know how much of an effect your efforts have, we’re all about the results.
Enjoy making your feet pretty! x
