Week 1
The theme this week is blowjobs (see, this is why you need to be caged before you read about it!). Every day you need to spend 30 minutes watching blowjob videos and stimulate yourself, it’s not 30 minutes plus or up to 30 minutes, it’s 30 minutes. No more and no less.

I know you’re eager to get to work, but I’m aware that the methods of stimulation I’ve outlined above are a little bare bones and I don’t want to leave you in any doubt as to what is required. So read on and find out how to explore yourself:
Rub your inner thighs: this is pretty self explanatory. You can use either hand or both at once and you can also vary the speed of your rubbing. This is what your sisters who are in long term/permanent chastity do when they’re conditioning, so imagine if this was all you had.
Play with your nipples: this can be a tricky one. Use your fingers to rub, pull and flick your nipples and the area around them. You can vary the speed and intensity. Don’t be afraid to get a little rough with them.

Explore the entrance to your pussy: the keyword here is entrance! Use your fingers or a small vibrator and stroke the ring at the entrance to your pussy. You can penetrate, but the very deepest you can go is to the first knuckle on your finger and no f*cking motions.
You can also explore inserting multiple fingers. This should be done slowly and carefully and never before 20 of your 30 minutes have passed. Again, just hold them in there or maybe bend them a little but no deeper than your first knuckle.
Play with your sissy balls: tug, stretch, rub and spank them! Lube can be very useful here, especially to stop you rubbing yourself a little raw. Focus on them one at a time, but make sure both get equal attention.
