Academy 9 - Transformation 15 - Pushing your zone


Ok girls, we’re going to have a little chat today

This is a short letter but I wanted to take some time out to have another little chat with you. This is a prelude to a letter you’ll receive in a little while that will push your dating to a new place and will almost certainly leave some of you outside of your comfort zone.

 

This should be treated as a good thing because it’s how you grow, but I know that it can also be a scary thing and I don’t want to downplay the effort some of you are making.

 

I’m not going to go into too many details of the assignment, but you’re going to be chatting with boys online. If this was just sprung on you and you were told to go and do it, some of you would panic and decide “definitely not!”, so I wanted you to have a heads up to give you some time to get accustomed to the idea.

 

 

It’s not something you’re going to be doing today or tomorrow or even the day after that, but it is coming up in your future and you can let the idea sit in the back of your head and breath. You can just leave it there for now and ignore it and you’ll start to realise that it’s not as scary as it first seems.

 

If you feel yourself getting worried or starting to panic, take a few deep breaths and exhale slowly (you can do it to a 5 count so 5 counts breath in, hold for 5, 5 counts breath out, hold for 5 and repeat). You’ve come this far so trust me when I say what you’ll be doing is safe, anonymous, fun and will boost your confidence so much!

 

Never forget that part of the reason you’re studying at the Academy is to push yourself and grow as a sissy and as a person. Growth means taking chances every now and then in a sensible fashion so you can experience new things and go further and once you get into the habit of doing this, every time it gets a little less scary and a little easier to take the next one and before you know it, you’re living the life you’ve always dreamt of and you can look back and see how far you’ve come.

 

If you struggle to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable, trust me, we’ve all been there, just take a deep breath and think about your end goal. Think about how good it would be to achieve that and how small what you have to do is compared to the results you’re working towards, then take another deep breath and get started! The first moment is the hardest and once you’re past it and doing something you’ll be much too busy to worry about whatever you were scared of.

 

Today, right now, make a decision that you are going to do this. You want to and you will, even if you don’t feel like it when you get the training, you’ll go ahead with it anyway and if you do decide this, as a reward, you can double the time you have in your fingering bank today AND you can go to your second knuckle but only for today.
