Academy 7 - Sluttification 2 - A little deeper
Hey girls!
The title may be a little misleading, I think I know what you were expecting 😉. This letter will cover a few ways to do this, and a module dedicated to accepting and pushing your slutty nature is a great time to begin doing them.
Some light reading
Some of you will already read femme magazines and this is a wonderful habit to have. For this module, you’ll be reading...a book! Go to the romance section of a library or bookstore and pick something that appeals (it doesn’t have to be a physical book, eBooks are just as good).
If you’re not sure what to pick, go to Goodreads and see what is rated highly, Johanna Lindsey is usually a good first choice.
Then every night just before you go to bed, read a few pages. Don’t go crazy and read it as quickly as you can, just a few pages every night before you go to sleep.
To be crystal clear, reading stories at Literotica/Fictionmania/etc is not an acceptable substitute and reading outright porn (even erotica) is also not acceptable. You want something a little spicy and romantic, you might end up surprised at what you find.
A little Yoga
Before you do your training, do a quick 15-20 minute Yoga session. Nothing too strenuous, you don’t want to tire yourself out, just something that gets you warmed up and stretches your muscles a little. See how much of an effect this has on your arousal (we’ll cover this in the next letter).
A nice long bath
Baths are always a good idea when you’re in chastity. You should have some suitable bubble bath already but now is a good chance for you to up your bathing game. Pay attention to the setting, use candles instead of your bathroom light (scented candles especially), play some relaxing music and maybe have a glass of wine on hand?
For the bath itself, bath bombs are always a fun addition or how about sprinkling some rose petals on the water when it’s ready? Change your phone mode “do not disturb”, get a magazine and relax. Your arousal should be pretty high all through this module, but there’s nothing you can really do about it so put it out of your mind for now.
If it’s needed, combine the bath with shaving your legs and then afterwards you can apply lotion. Baths should be had after you’ve done your training for the day and baths like this shouldn’t be an everyday occurrence.
Extra energy to burn
If you do the module as intended, there is a very good chance you will find yourself with a lot of extra energy. If you have the energy, use it and get moving! Go outside for a walk or a run, go on YouTube and find cardio workouts or workouts that target specific areas (butt, belly etc).
Energy and momentum are very important. It’s much harder to stop once you’ve actually started, so get started!
