Rub your inner thighs: this is pretty self-explanatory. You can use either hand or both at once and you can also vary the speed of your rubbing. This is what your sisters who are in long-term/permanent chastity do when they’re conditioning, so imagine if this was all you had.

 

Play with your nipples: this can be a tricky one. Use your fingers to rub, pull and flick your nipples and the area around them. You can vary the speed and intensity. Don’t be afraid to get a little rough with them.
