Mindset Letter 4 - Bathroom I


Pink Bathroom Essentials

From now on you should start to get more pink and purple bathroom essentials. It is like an upgrade to your shampoo, your hair conditioner, your shaving cream, your razor, sun lotion and your toothbrush.

 

Aim for as pink and girly as you dare to get and keep in your bathroom. If someone asks when at your home that “Your bathroom looks like a girl would be living here” then you just reply “Oh, I just prefer the quality” or “these are the only things I found that works well with my skin type :)” or something along those lines. At the beginning, if you are not comfortable having someone else seeing that you bought a pink shampoo bottle then feel free to take the things away when you have visitors.

 

Try to keep it in the open when you are there, trust me here, you will feel so good everytime you enter the bathroom and get a strong reminder that you are undergoing this yearlong sissification program. Those butterflies in your tummy might come around for the dance party and encourage you to keep up your daily routines and grooming.

Bonus assignment

And as a bonus assignment that you can complete at anytime that  suits you, requires a bathtub! You are to prepare a super fancy bubble bath. Get bathing salt (pink of course!) and some nice girly bubble soap, pour hot water in your tub. Shave your body so your are silky smooth. Put on some sensual background music. Relax, enjoy the girl inside you getting out, remember your conditioning, think of your body as you touch your smooth skin and love being sissified <3

Oral

Also to keep a daily fresh breath and neat kissable mouth you should take care of your oral hygiene. We will soon get you a proper dildo and you want to be clean and ready for it, would you not?

 

You also will get bonus points with anyone you kiss, or in case you do not have anyone now, it acts as preparation and a reminder to make a great first impression when you later this year go and seek someone out ;)

 

Your lips should by this point already be smooth and silky from your now frequent use of lip balm that you apply several times a day.

 

Your teeth should be brushed in the morning during your morning ritual. After that use your tongue scraper, you should do three quick, relatively gentle passes down the centre of your tongue and then rinse the scraper. Then do three passes down the left hand side, rinse, three down the right, rinse and finally three more down the centre. This is knowledge you should know as a sissy so make sure to study up. Adding a mouthwash afterwards is optional, but highly recommended.

 

As you do your mouth scraping it has a great extra benefit in that the further you go back, the more you can practice to calm your gag-reflex, just take small steps every day.

 

Bad breath comes from either bad oral hygiene, drinking too little water and strong stomach acid or smoking.

Smoking or other habits you might want to stop

If you smoke, we are still being understanding, since we are aware that quitting is not super easy for everyone, but the benefits in beauty, health and happiness are going to be worth it long term. For now just be kind to yourself around your “not so good” habits. Realize that you probably smoke to handle emotions that arise from things in your life. This does not make you a bad person in any way. Also this applies to all kinds of drugs, a topic we will get deeper into later in the program. They are just a means to avoid some pain, but they do so in a way that will cause more pain upfront since they do not solve the actual problem; the cause of the pain.

 

We will get there, just be as cute, calm and caring in the meantime as you can. Be empathic to yourself and treat yourself as if you are a warm-hearted, kind, and innocent girl. Accept that some things are what they are and that there is no point in being mean to yourself for that, to say things that put you down or make yourself sad. It is what it is, and there are ways to change these things, but negative self-talk, violence or power play are not approaches that works well. It might not be easy to deal with life, but every step forward, is a step forward.

 

 

We will improve your bathroom habits further soon. For now, start getting used to what you have, the idea on what you can build, and keep up all your care routines.
