Academy 9 - Transformation 4 - Learning to diddle


Hi girls!

Now that we’ve had a little chat about how to approach the conditioning in this module, let’s get down to business.

 

The conditioning in this module is aimed at expanding your repertoire of techniques. You can stroke yourself pretty well and I hope you have a good selection of toys by now, but sometimes you’ll find yourself alone in a hotel room or just lazing about on your bed and want something a little more intimate.

 

First up we have a wonderful technique called diddling.

Diddling

Even the name just screams “sissy” doesn’t it? Would a man even be interested in “diddling” himself? I think not!

 

Diddling is perfect when you’re lying on your bed or whiling away a lazy afternoon on your sofa. The first step is to tuck and then hold it in place by crossing your legs. Then you can reach an arm behind you, find the head of your sissy clit and gently begin to rub and caress it. You’re in no rush, take your time!

 

To begin with, you might need to lube your fingers a little (use your mouth for this) but after a short while, your clit will respond by self-lubing and your fingertips will glide over the surface. You may end up over lubed, but luckily you can use your fingers to dispose of the excess in a suitable receptacle (M-O-U-T-H).

 

This technique can be a little tricky to get the hang of, but stick with it! This is the sole means of stimulation you’re allowed until the next conditioning e-mail unless the training material clearly tells you otherwise. So you have a few weeks to practise.

 

Once you get it right, you need to make sure your legs are kept together pretty tightly. If your body really starts to react to it, you might find they become looser and looser until your tuck slips and that is no good.

Conditioning with diddling

I’m feeling pretty generous today, every day you’re doing this conditioning, you start with 10 minutes in the diddle bank. These minutes aren’t exchangeable and disappear at the end of each day, you can’t horde them for the weekend and spend a couple of hours diddling yourself into oblivion!

 

If you’re a good girl, you can earn extra time. You can add 2 minutes if you completed a feminine voice practice session, dancing or exercise session the day before and a further two minutes if you’ve stuck to your diet. Half an hour of girl time (whether that’s reading a fashion magazine, watching a chick flick , having a bubble bath or anything along those lines) adds a further 2 minute as does completing any homework assignments you’re given.

 

On the flipside, not completing a voice practice, dance or exercise session costs you a minute, not sticking to your diet costs you 2 minutes and less than 10 minutes of girl time the day before knocks another 2 minutes off your total.

 

You should be watching videos of females masturbating whenever you diddle, remember your female sexual responses (watching the girls will be a good prompt to remind you to react correctly)

Pace

The first couple of days, don’t worry about anything other than getting the mechanics down. The time you spend tucking and getting into position doesn’t count against your diddling time, so you don’t have to rush it. You might have to try your body in a few different positions before you find the right one, so explore yourself and find what works best for you.

Once you’ve got it, you can start to bring the metronome into it. You want to be able to diddle yourself for a while so you need to find a pace that works for you. Find an online metronome and set it to 30 beats per minute and do a session at that pace. The next day, use 40 bpm and keep increasing the pace. If you overshoot and find yourself approaching an unfortunate ending then you can pause to let things calm down.

 

When you find your sweet spot, work on your stamina, maybe you can go the full period, in which case try it a little faster or maybe you need to pause once or twice, so you can slow it down tomorrow and try again.

 

The next step is to freestyle diddle! Do without the metronome, listen to what your body wants and let it lead you.

Encouragement

You can have this hypno file playing while you diddle, but it should be very quiet. If it’s distracting you or you find yourself focusing on the words, then it’s much too loud and you should turn the volume down.

Chastity

Chastity and diddling are not mutually compatible. We appreciate that some students don’t have the option of taking off their cage. Instead of diddling, you’re allowed to play with the entrance to your pussy.

 

You can stroke it and rub it but you can’t penetrate it. You don’t want the other students getting jealous because they think they’re missing out.

 

You can use the same timing as for diddling and hopefully, because you’re in long term chastity, you’re going to be much more sensitive here.

Releases

We covered this in the last letter. Your goal here isn’t to release it’s to become accustomed to diddling, unlearn your old patterns and then have a fulfilling sexual experience. Releases aren’t forbidden but they should be tightly controlled. You can have a cake and it’s wonderful, it doesn’t need to have a cherry on top to make it complete but sometimes you will find yourself craving that cherry.

 

As much as anything else, this is a test of how far you’ve come. Can you move beyond thinking of this as a denial or a punishment and accept it as a step you need to take to fully embrace your femininity?
