Conditioning for the Desire Module
Days 9 to 16
A quick refresh of the basic guidelines:
You should do the conditioning every day and at the same time, with exceptions allowed when you encounter obstacles or unforeseen circumstances that affect your life.
Adapt the conditioning to your circumstances as necessary.
If you are in chastity, massage your thighs and breasts.
If you don't have the time necessary for everything, then put in a little less time. Just make a note in your training book detailing the changes you made.
Always do your days in order. If you miss your conditioning for a day, then you are essentially still on that conditioning day. You cannot do Day 2 until after you have done Day 1.
Only one conditioning session a day. I know you feel you’re falling behind (you’re not) or you don’t think it has had much of an effect (it has) but you have to wait until tomorrow to do the next one.
Be sure to mute your phone and take care of any other distractions you can control.
Ideally, your conditioning will be done when you get up and be followed by a shower. If your life doesn’t allow this, change the time you do it but it should be started at the same time every day and you should have a shower when you finish.

Settings are given for the Sissynator but can be replicated in any online metronome.
Mantra: Say your mantra out loud if you can. Otherwise, think it inside your head. Thinking it internally is just as powerful for conditioning.
Tempo: Your stimulation and mantra should be in time with the ticks of the metronome. So:

Releases: For the entirety of the conditioning, you can only release directly after a session when you’re specifically permitted to. You’ve come a long way in your training. If you “accidentally” release at all, then you have to start from Day 1 again.
Spoilers: Your conditioning for the next 8 days is linked below. Do not spoil yourself by looking at days before you are due to do them. You only have one first time and it should be as special as you can make it.
New conditions
Edging: This week you can edge if you wish but when you do, pause the conditioning and sit on your hands. Close your eyes and think of a penis. Continue this for 2 minutes (really picture it in detail). Repeat whenever you edge. You can only edge 3 times during a session.
In the first module, you were new to this and ‘accidents’ were understandable. Now this is not the case. If you ‘accidentally’ release when you’re conditioning this week, end the session and go back to Day 1 the next day.
Mantra: Yes, you have more than one mantra per day. We kept them simple because we know your thoughts are elsewhere but make sure you use the correct one for the correct picture type.
Starting and ending: Stick your favourite dildo to the desk in front of you. At the start and end of each session, dip the tip in mayonnaise and without using your hand, bend over it and slowly lick it off. During the session, it shouldn’t block your view but it should be in your peripheral vision.
